Welcome to AquaEco Water Solutions. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or hiring us for a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them like your life depends on it (or at least your plumbing).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, kindly exit stage left — we can’t work with you until you agree.
2. Services We Offer
We provide:
- Domestic and commercial water supply
- Irrigation and solar water systems
- Borehole drilling coordination
- Water tank installations
- Environmental and water sustainability solutions
All services are provided subject to availability, site inspection, and agreed timelines.
3. Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes are free but valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- Prices may vary based on location, project complexity, and material availability.
- Full scope and final cost will be confirmed before service begins.
We reserve the right to update our prices at any time, but not mid-job.
4. Payments
- A deposit (usually 50%) is required to book services.
- Full payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, or direct cash payments (receipted).
Late payments? We may pause work or add a small fee.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel within 24 hours of booking with no penalty.
- After 24 hours, any cancellation may attract a fee (usually to cover materials or prep).
- Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7 business days.
No refunds after project completion — unless it’s our mistake. In that case, we’ll fix it.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate info during consultations
- Ensure access to your premises for assessments or installations
- Follow safety guidelines (don’t climb on tanks or lick solar panels, okay?)
If delays are caused by you (unavailable, inaccessible site, etc.), project timelines may be extended.
7. Our Responsibilities
We agree to:
- Deliver services professionally and on time
- Use quality materials and tools
- Keep you informed throughout the process
- Respect your property and privacy
If we mess up, we’ll fix it — at our cost.
8. Liability
We’re not liable for:
- Damages caused by pre-existing plumbing, electrical, or structural issues
- Delays due to weather, third-party suppliers, or acts of God (or goats, or riots)
- Misuse or abuse of installed systems after handover
Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the value of the service rendered.
9. Intellectual Property
Our content (logos, photos, project documentation, website design) is our property. Don’t copy, steal, or republish without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We can update these Terms any time. If the changes affect active services, we’ll inform you directly. Otherwise, it’s your responsibility to check for updates on our site.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be handled through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, courts in Kenya will have final say.
